Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations at our healthcare facility in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving the overall efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily healthcare operations and administrative activities of the facility.
  • Ensure effective appointment scheduling and patient billing processes.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory standards in healthcare.
  • Foster collaboration among medical and administrative teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Formulate operational policies and procedures that align with best practices.
  • Oversee budgetary controls, financial reporting, and analytics.
  • Conduct ongoing staff evaluations and develop training programs.
  • Coordinate the strategic planning efforts of the administration.
  • Assess the usage of resources and manage allocations.
  • Promote effective communication channels within the facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Relevant Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in healthcare systems management
