Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant based in Cape Town, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in navigating environmental issues. Your role will involve conducting assessments, preparing reports, and providing recommendations that align with best practices in sustainability and environmental management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate environmental risks associated with various projects.
  • Assist clients in achieving certifications such as ISO 14001.
  • Develop educational materials on environmental stewardship.
  • Advise on waste management and pollution prevention strategies.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote environmental awareness.
  • Collaborate with other consultants to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years in the environmental sector, with a track record of successful project delivery
