Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide excellent service, and drive sales. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being proactive and attentive.
• Assist in maintaining store standards and complying with health and safety regulations.
• Identify customer preferences and suggest relevant products.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock takes.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and marketing trends.
• Encourage customer sign-ups for loyalty programs.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Degree in Business or Sales is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
