Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients.
• Maintain and manage IT systems and networks.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies.
• Train users on new software and hardware applications.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support

Advantageous

• CompTIA A+ Certification: Certification in IT support fundamentals.
