Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to enhance our team. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing workplace environments, advising on policy development, and implementing effective practices to boost organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve workplace environments.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure policies align with best practices.
  • Monitor implementation of policies and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify trends and issues within the workplace that affect employee performance.
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to evaluate organizational culture.
  • Support the development of training programs for staff.
  • Advocate for practices that enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.
  • Facilitate workshops on effective policy engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for policy adjustments.
  • Prepare grant proposals to secure funding for relevant projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Master's or Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in policy development within an organizational setting
