Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist where you'll take the lead in developing HR programs that align with our company's strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive approach in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead recruitment processes, including job descriptions and candidate screening.
  • Implement staff development programs and assess training needs.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and staff issues.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local laws and policies.
  • Regularly review HR policies and update them as necessary.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through various HR initiatives.
  • Assist in budget preparation for HR-related expenses.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments regarding HR matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • HR Management certification is advantageous
