Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating job offers. Your strong communication skills and strategic mindset will drive our recruitment efforts and support our clients’ growth.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and revise recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality.
  • Work closely with team members to meet recruitment targets.
  • Facilitate training and development workshops for new recruiters.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist clients in developing job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Adhere to compliance and best practice standards in recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role

  • Social Media Recruiting
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Certifications

Languages
  • English: Fluent
