We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in George. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Your goal will be to ensure that all IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users with technical queries regarding hardware and software.
• Perform regular system updates and backups.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment and service needs.
• Conduct user feedback surveys to improve service quality.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and solutions.
• Assist in network administration tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages
