At HealthFirst Solutions, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist. You will engage with various clients to deliver effective therapeutic interventions while promoting health education and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, functional, and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Develop holistic treatment plans incorporating a variety of techniques.
• Administer physical therapy interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Advocate for patient needs and foster a supportive healing environment.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor recovery and adapt treatments.
• Document interventions and patient progress comprehensively.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Support health promotion and education within the community.
• Collaborate in research initiatives as a part of continuous improvement.
• Engage in peer mentoring and clinical supervision activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Honours degree in Physiotherapy is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant physiotherapy experience

• Rehabilitation Techniques
• Therapeutic Exercise

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Physiotherapy Certification
• Manual Therapy Certification (advantage)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a private practice setting: Previous work experience in a fast-paced private practice environment.
• Certification in dry needling therapies: Preferred experience in advanced physiotherapy techniques.
