Responsibilities

• Transform client visions into groundbreaking architectural projects that enhance community living.
• Oversee all phases of project development from conception through site completion.
• Draft construction documents and specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable design practices.
• Facilitate client meetings and project presentations.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Strong communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (RA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
