We are on the lookout for an experienced Investment Banker in East London. You'll be responsible for advising clients on investments, structuring deals, and providing strategic financial insights to drive their success.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare pitch books and financial models for client presentations.
• Develop strategic financial recommendations aligned with clients’ goals.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance in various transactions.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and investment opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
