We are in search of a talented Residential Planner with a flair for interior design to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will excel in planning and designing innovative residential projects, ensuring that each design reflects our clients' unique tastes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Craft innovative design concepts for residential spaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients to capture their needs.
• Oversee all stages of project development from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors for smooth execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of sustainable design practices.
• Implement design modifications based on client feedback.
• Prepare documentation for permits and approvals.
• Conduct market research to inform design choices.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential planning

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Project Management

Certifications

• Green Building Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with space planning and organisation: Expertise in efficiently utilising available space and resources.
