We are seeking an experienced Metal-Refining Furnace Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain metal refining furnaces, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control furnace operations, adjusting parameters as necessary.
• Conduct inspections to identify any performance or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Document equipment performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Assist in the training of new staff on equipment operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss operational challenges.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and products.
• Actively participate in safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements
