Job Description

Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager where you will oversee and manage all facets of the supply chain process. You'll be responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies while ensuring robust supplier relationships and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics and distribution of products throughout the supply chain.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and supply chain technologies.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to enhance pricing and quality.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to supply chain operations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain framework.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Management
  • MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supply chain role with leadership experience preferred
