We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback from clients and attendees to enhance future events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop creative solutions to challenges that arise during event planning.
  • Ensure that all event elements are on brand and reflect the client's image.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure venues meet event needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the events industry or hospitality
