Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing our software quality standards. Your primary responsibilities include developing test plans, conducting tests, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify issues and recommend improvements in processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and automate functional and non-functional tests.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements.
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes across projects.
• Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Perform continuous testing and integration within app development.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback.
• Analyze test results and generate QA reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
