Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of plating machines and ensuring the quality of finished components. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to optimize plating processes for efficiency.
• Educate team members on best practices and techniques.
• Evaluate and implement improvements in plating technology.
• Communicate effectively with production management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with logistics for the transportation of materials.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
