Responsibilities

• Develop financial dashboards and reports.
• Interpret and communicate financial data to various stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review operational costs and support pricing decisions.
• Integrate financial analysis into business planning processes.
• Identify and analyze financial trends for strategic decisions.
• Support the finance team in achieving departmental goals.
• Manage relationships with external financial consultants.
• Create standards for financial reporting for the company.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or CFA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
