Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Engineer who can drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Your role will entail conducting time and motion studies, analyzing production data, and implementing strategic initiatives to boost performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and technology effectiveness in production.
• Lead process optimization projects from conception to implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate workshops on lean principles and best practices among teams.
• Review and recommend layout changes to maximize productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
