Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
• Work with environmental teams to minimize impact.
• Assist in developing emergency response plans.
• Foster a collaborative work culture among teams.
• Conduct training sessions on equipment operation and safety.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• Specialist certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of mining operations experience

• Mine Manager Accreditation

Languages
