Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing and engaging top candidates for various roles within our organisation. This role is crucial in ensuring our hiring processes are both effective and aligned with our company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
  • Enhance the employer brand through effective communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent acquisition trends.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to grow the company’s visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
