Job Description

We are searching for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centric design projects from conception to implementation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.
• Participate in design critiques to refine and enhance design quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and user satisfaction.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving user engagement and retention.
• Document design processes and maintain a design library of assets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
