UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be pivotal in crafting cohesive and engaging user experiences. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs into captivating designs. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will shine as you create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate usability testing sessions to collect user feedback.
• Develop and maintain a style guide for the design team.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure design alignment across channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve user experience.
• Contribute to the design team’s knowledge base by sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's in Design Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio to showcase past work

• Sketch
• InVision

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Adobe Certified Expert

Languages

• English: Fluent
