Responsibilities
Maintain financial records by entering accurate information into bookkeeping software.
Reconcile bank statements and verify financial information.
Process invoices and payments efficiently.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Monitor financial transactions for discrepancies and errors.
Maintain organized filing systems for receipts and invoices.
Provide support during audits and collaborate with external accountants.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Diploma in Bookkeeping or similar qualification is advantageous
Experience
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a similar industry.
