As a Construction Manager with our firm, you will lead projects in Durban, ensuring efficient and effective management throughout the construction process. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure material and equipment procurement aligns with project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage project-related risks.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
