We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our East London team. This role involves overseeing our entire supply chain operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute supply chain policies and procedures.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and manage potential disruptions.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead supply chain initiatives that drive sustainable practices.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve supply chain goals.
• Provide strategic input to the executive team regarding supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in logistics or related field with a focus on supply chain.
