Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings to communicate production goals and updates.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation for production tasks.
  • Monitor inventory levels for production materials.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead root cause analysis for production delays.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Manufacturing Management
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
