Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our expert team in Johannesburg. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various physical ailments and help them restore their mobility and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment plans and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Specialization in Sports Physiotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in outpatient physiotherapy

• Rehabilitative Exercises
• Manual Therapy

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Internationally recognized physiotherapy certification
• Specialization course in sports physiotherapy
• Registered Physiotherapist (RPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with dry needling techniques: Proficient in using dry needling for myofascial pain relief.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation: Background in treating sports-related injuries can be beneficial.
