Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Glove Finisher to join our dynamic team. This role involves completing the final finishing processes in glove production, including quality inspections and ensuring all gloves meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of gloves before packaging.
• Make final adjustments to ensure optimal appearance and functionality.
• Organize gloves for efficient packaging.
• Maintain tools and equipment used in the finishing process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist with inventory management of gloves.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other roles in the production line when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in quality control is advantageous.

Languages
