Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Solutions Manager to oversee our fleet management operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our fleet, managing logistics, and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Implement cost-saving measures to optimize fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure proper servicing of vehicles.
  • Evaluate the performance of fleet personnel and provide feedback.
  • Initiate and lead fleet training programs and workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
