Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager who can enhance our warehouse operations in Port Elizabeth. This role involves inventory oversight, staff management, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Experience in a similar capacity will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Evaluate total inventory management processes for optimization.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and productivity within the warehouse.
• Develop training materials and processes for new hires.
• Ensure the thorough documentation of all warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with management in policy development and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in inventory management software is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
