Job Description

Join our Johannesburg office as an Audit Process Manager. You will be responsible for managing audit operations, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and overseeing compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the auditing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Establish audit objectives and scope, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor compliance with audit protocols and provide insights for improvement.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding audit findings.
  • Develop training programs for new auditing techniques.
  • Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Report on audit results and action outcomes to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the audit team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CA(SA) or equivalent) are preferred
