Responsibilities

• Design and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare, submit, and obtain building permits as required.
• Assist clients in understanding and navigating the design process.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Evaluate project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Engage in post-occupancy evaluations and client feedback sessions.
• Contribute to proposal writing and project bids.
• Promote team collaboration to enhance creative design outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Additional qualifications in sustainable design preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of professional architecture experience with a focus on project delivery

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Green Building Practices: Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in construction.
• Experience with Client Presentations: Strong abilities in engaging with clients and presenting designs.
