Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of projects in Cape Town. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring project objectives are achieved. This role demands excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope and objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Examine and improve project processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Lead project meetings and manage the project team.
• Monitor project progress and adjustments as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
• Additional project management certifications are a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Certifications
