Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects, ensuring that goals are met and stakeholders are satisfied. You will be responsible for creating project plans, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. Candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign project tasks to team members.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to assess project health.
  • Facilitate change management processes as necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior project team members.
  • Utilize project management software tools to track progress and manage workloads.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering
  • PMP certification is required
