Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with a passion for supporting employee engagement and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for various departments.
  • Implement and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage payroll systems and administrate employee benefits.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant HR legislation and regulations.
  • Promote a vibrant company culture through various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning and HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline
Experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a Generalist role
