Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Officer to enhance our training programs and facilitate employee learning across various departments. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and an understanding of training needs in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training schedules and materials.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee performance through targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with external training providers for specialized training.
  • Document training sessions and maintain accurate records for compliance.
  • Assist in the development of leadership training programs.
  • Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
  • Utilize feedback from participants to improve future training.
  • Coordinate with HR for talent development strategies.
  • Identify and implement e-learning solutions where appropriate.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Training or Education is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a similar role or corporate training environment

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Assessor or Moderator Qualification
