UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Design Dynamics, you'll create user-centered designs for our exciting projects in Johannesburg. We are looking for someone who is passionate about crafting engaging and innovative user experiences, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates mastery in both UX and UI design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive prototypes for testing and feedback sessions.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve the design process.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between branding and design.
• Identify opportunities for design enhancements that improve user satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of user personas and journey maps.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Specialised design certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
