• Supervise construction activities and provide guidance to contractors.
• Coordinate with environmental assessments and regulatory processes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit project proposals to win new business.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience with a focus on residential and commercial projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of landscape architecture: Able to integrate landscape elements into architectural designs.
