Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist educators in lesson preparation, provide support to students during class, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students to support their learning and development.

• Help with the administration of standardized tests and assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Education is an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience working with diverse student populations

Certifications

• Certified Tutor
• Child Development Associate (CDA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Project Management Skills: Able to manage and coordinate educational projects effectively.
