Instructional Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an Instructional Coordinator skilled in educational technology to join our forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing technology-infused instructional resources that foster effective teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess instructional technology needs among educators to enhance course effectiveness.
• Design, create, and evaluate educational materials integrating appropriate technological tools.
• Facilitate training workshops and sessions for staff on technology tools and resources.
• Monitor and report on the impact of technology-enhanced instructions on student performance.
• Guide educators through the implementation of learning management systems (LMS).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Certifications

• Instructional Design Certificate from a recognized institution
