• Create and manage event schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Liaise with vendors for catering, decor, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
• Train and manage event staff and volunteers, delegating tasks effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to manage expectations and deliver results.
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve future events.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certification in Event Planning or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the event planning industry

• Event Planning Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
