Job Description

We are seeking a Food Batchmaker who is passionate about food production and has a strong understanding of flavor enhancement techniques. You will be responsible for preparing and processing food batches to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the batch production process, adjusting as necessary to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logs of each batch produced.
  • Implement food safety practices and HACCP standards in daily operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years in a related role preferred
