Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality control. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in lean methodologies and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of production processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
• Provide support in project management and process redesign initiatives.
• Analyze the cost-effectiveness of operations and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate workshops aimed at promoting continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
