Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality control of materials.
• Prepare, present, and defend design ideas to the team.
• Coordinate with production to ensure deadlines are met.
• Gather client and market feedback to refine designs.
• Participate in fashion shows and exhibitions to promote collections.
• Assist in training junior designers and interns.
• Work on sustainability initiatives related to fashion design.
• Create a strong seasonal brand identity through design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design preferred

Technical Skills

• Textile Design
• Fashion Illustration

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D Design Software: Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Clo3D.
• Participation in Fashion Shows: Experience showcasing collections at fashion events.
