The ideal candidate will have experience in designing apparel and accessories, understanding current fashion trends, and a keen eye for detail. Your role will involve collaborating with our design team to bring innovative ideas to life, from initial sketches to final garments.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce fashion collections that align with brand identity.
• Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing and cost estimation.
• Oversee the prototyping phase and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and emerging trends.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance during the design process.
• Attend fashion shows and trade fairs to gain inspiration and network.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Fashion Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within the fashion industry
