Seeking a passionate Architect to help spearhead innovative design solutions at Creative Design Solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and team members to create spaces that resonate with functionality and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will be critical in bringing bold concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Architect and facilitate the creative vision for projects.
• Engage with clients in the development of their design ideas.
• Coordinate with local municipalities to obtain necessary permits.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget management for projects.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of designs.
• Lead sustainable design initiatives within the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession is essential

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar architectural role
