Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This position requires a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving to assist users and keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring machines, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT support queries from users.
• Ensure all IT equipment is in working order and meets performance standards.
• Assist in maintaining data backups and recovery processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software.
• Identify opportunities for improving IT support processes.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new technology.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• IT-related qualification or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years experience in an IT support position
