UX Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX Designer in Stellenbosch where you'll play a critical role in improving the usability and aesthetics of our digital products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience meets business requirements and aligns with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to delivery.
• Collaborate on brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Gather and assess user feedback and analytics to drive design iterations.
• Create user persona profiles to guide design considerations.
• Ensure design alignment with technical specifications and user needs.
• Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to peers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Design Certification
• Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
