Job Description

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software issues, and maintaining hardware systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT support and excellent communication skills to assist users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests and incidents efficiently.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Install and configure security software to protect IT assets.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT systems.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for future implementation.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and procedures for IT processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles preferred
